Alan started with Thompson Field Services in 2016 as Vice President of Operations. He was promoted by Moriah Group in 2018. Alan is an owner and an operator. Alan brings over 20 years of previous experience from a strong background in law enforcement. His law enforcement career began with 10 years spent at the Midland County Sherriff's office before he spent 8 years as a Special Texas Ranger rebuilding the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association District 18. Alan was then sworn in as an FBI Task Force Agent and the U.S. Marshall service. He received numerous honorary mentions and entered the private sector as Manager of Security Special Services for Bopco, LP. 

Dustin worked in various Thompson Field Services roles including truck foreman, safety and operations manager and was promoted to Vice-President in 2018. Dustin excelled as a sales and administrative director with over 20+ years’ experience in the aggregate industry. Dustin’s has a strong operations and management background with experience in construction and agriculture equipment operations as well as managing a custom silage harvesting company. Dustin is also certified by the Mine Safety and Health Administration for the “Train the Trainer” award. 

Nino's career with Thompson Field Services began in 2014 as a roller operator. During the past 8 years, Nino has worked in various roles including truck driver, loader operator and crusher operator. Nino has taken on increasing responsibilities and ran the Company's largest quarry operation between 2015 and 2019.

Nino has promoted to Vice President in 2018  and manages all quarry location with 20* direct reports. 

Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Thompson Field Services. His career began in agriculture, managing corn, cotton, and cattle operations in Hale County from 1979 to 2002. Transitioning into industrial operations, he worked in grinding plants in Midland and Brownsville, Texas, from 2002 to 2009.

 From 2009 to 2014, he focused on sales and business development for a mud company in Hobbs, NM, and from 2014 to 2018, sold downhole chemicals to the oil and gas industry. His career in the energy sector continued with sales and business development roles for a crude oil trucking company from 2014 to 2022. Today, he leads Sales & Business Development for Thompson Field Services,  with a well-rounded and solutions-focused approach.
